Matt Brown
Matt Brown is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Momentum Management Solutions, specializing in operational turnaround and integrated stabilization models for addiction treatment and substance use disorder programs.
Previously, he served as Chief Administration Officer and President of Addiction Recovery Care, helping scale the organization from 32 beds to more than 1,800 beds across 30+ facilities and 1,200 staff. His experience includes large-scale healthcare operations, executive team development, and system-wide growth strategy.
With more than 15 years of experience in healthcare and personal recovery, Matt focuses on aligning clinical excellence with operational sustainability. He also serves as Chief Operating Officer at Headspace Real Estate, guiding healthcare real estate investments that support long-term behavioral health viability.

Matt Boggs
Matt Boggs serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Momentum Management Solutions, leading behavioral health operations consulting, financial strategy, compliance oversight, and disciplined growth execution.
With more than 12 years of experience building and scaling addiction treatment and behavioral health services, Matt has developed treatment programs, recovery housing platforms, and integrated healthcare real estate models across multiple states. He has opened more than seven addiction recovery facilities and built platforms that align clinical services with sustainable infrastructure.
His expertise includes revenue cycle leadership, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and operational restructuring. Drawing on both professional expertise and lived experience, Matt is committed to strengthening behavioral health organizations so they can deliver high-quality care with long-term financial stability.

Amy Hall
Amy Hall serves as Chief Investment Officer at Momentum Recovery & Wellness and Founder and President of Headspace Real Estate, leading healthcare real estate strategy within the integrated Momentum platform.
With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare real estate investment and portfolio management, Amy has led performance initiatives across national healthcare platforms. She previously held senior leadership roles at Physicians Realty Trust and Healthpeak Properties, overseeing hospital partnerships, portfolio optimization, and healthcare-focused growth strategy.
Her expertise includes acquisitions, investment strategy, and aligning property performance with operational sustainability. She structures real estate solutions that create liquidity while protecting long-term behavioral health facility stability.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, ADMINISTRATION
Kayla Parsons
Kayla Parsons is a healthcare executive with more than a decade of experience in addiction treatment operations, revenue cycle management, human resources leadership, and strategic growth.
A SHRM-CP certified professional, she leads human resources strategy, employee engagement, and scalable infrastructure development. She previously served in senior leadership at Addiction Recovery Care, helping grow the organization into Kentucky’s largest addiction recovery provider while overseeing administration and revenue cycle systems.
Kayla specializes in KPI development, reporting systems, compliance coordination, and organizational restructuring. Her leadership focuses on building operational clarity, workforce stability, and measurable, sustainable growth.

Tiffany Leake
Tiffany Leake is a behavioral health operations leader specializing in program development, regulatory readiness, and operational excellence.
She has served as Program Director, Director of Operations, and Operations Coordinator, overseeing addiction treatment facilities and multidisciplinary teams across Kentucky. Her experience includes compliance leadership, staffing oversight, and quality improvement initiatives for large-scale treatment programs.
Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Louisville and an MBA in Healthcare Management. With seven years of sobriety, she brings lived experience alongside operational discipline, emphasizing accountability, collaboration, and sustainable performance.
ACCREDITATION & COMPLIANCE
Jordanna Windemiller
Jordanna Windemiller leads accreditation and compliance strategy for Momentum Management Solutions, guiding behavioral health organizations through clinical operations, regulatory readiness, and sustainable quality systems.
With nearly 20 years of experience in substance use disorder treatment across community-based, residential, and virtual care settings, she began her career as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and brings deep expertise in high-acuity SUD environments. Her work includes clinical program development, accreditation preparation, and operational transformation across healthcare systems and growth-stage organizations.
She is an ASAM faculty member and contributor to Springer Publishing’s 2025 textbook, Equipping the Interdisciplinary Workforce to Treat Substance Use Disorder and Behavioral Health: Reducing the Stigma.
